METCASE launches RETEX Flat-Packed 19” Wall Mount Racks

METCASE – the metal enclosures division of OKW Enclosures, Inc – has launched the new RETEX EASYRACK range of 19” wall mount racks.

These modern flat packed 19” wall cabinets are designed for fast installation of network cabling and electronics equipment in data centers, office or home office applications.

Every EASYRACK wall mount rack cabinet conforms to the IEC 60 297-2, DIN 41 494 part 1 & 7, ANSI/EIA-310-D and UNE 20 539-2 international standards. The range is available in three formats:

• Standard wall racks are available as a 6U wall mount rack and also in 9U, 12U, 15U and 18U panel sizes – all in three depths. They are supplied with a glass front door and adjustable 19” panel mounts. These can be moved to suit different equipment depths.
• SOHO cabinets are designed for small office or home installations and are 15” wide with 7U adjustable panel mounts and a glass front door.
• 6U Open FRAME racks allow all-round access to the cabling and equipment once it is mounted on the wall.

 
EASYRACK 19” wall mount racks are supplied flat-packed in an easy to carry and store carton. The racks are very easy to assemble in just a few minutes.

Blue molded corner blocks and fast action fixings mean no tools are required for assembly. Removable side panels and top access panels allow for easy routing of the cables.

All versions are manufactured in 1mm steel and the finish is graphite gray epoxy paint. The standard wall cabinets are supplied with ventilated top and bottom covers which can be fitted with fan trays for equipment cooling.  The safety glass front doors are lockable. Prices for the EASYRACK wall mount rack enclosure range start at $205.

Accessories include rear panels, additional 19” panel mounts and modular fan trays for the standard cabinets and top and bottom covers for the FRAME version.

The new RETEX racks complement METCASE’s existing range of WITRACK wall mount racks. WITRACK is supplied assembled and ready to fit on the wall. Just one installation engineer is required.
