CNC Milling & Drilling Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC milling machines which guarantee uniformity and a high quality finish on all drilling, milling, and tapping processes. We can machine any of our case extrusion profiles with holes and slots for mounting connectors, switches and fan units etc. We work to your drawings. |
CNC Punching & Folding Complex fabricated parts can be produced on our CNC punching and folding machines. Flat aluminum and sheet steel can be punched with any number of holes or series of slots to produce special front panels, covers, tops and base panels for the enclosures. Fully bespoke enclosures can also be fabricated to your design using these processes. |

Silk-Screen Printing Control legends and logos can be printed on any external surface. Depending upon the product and/or location of the printing, we use either silk-screen or tampo recess printing to achieve a high quality result. We can print in your desired Pantone or RAL color, or match to a sample you provide. We work to your drawings, which must have clearly identified reference edges for location of the printing. |
Painting in Custom Colors The enclosures can be painted in your desired color combination. The standard paint finish is powder polyester, which provides a tough, high quality fine textured finish. Different textured finishes and wet paint processes are also available on demand. The typical minimum order quantities for special colors is 10 to 25 units, depending upon the color. Customized Front Panels Custom front panels in aluminum or steel, pre-punched with all the apertures for mounting LEDs, LCDs, switches, plugs etc. The front panels can be supplied anodized, painted or unfinished. Front panels can be screen printed or engraved with control legends and logos. The typical minimum order quantity is 10 panels. |
Special Internal Components We can manufacture special internal mounting plates, chassis and brackets to your design specifications. These can be incorporated into our standard models or bespoke enclosures. We can also manufacture other components not related to enclosures. We work to your drawings.
